Banana in coconut milk



Oh god, this was so yummy Matthew finished up everything....

Okay.
Ingredients
2 large bananas
1 cup coconut milk(The can says coconut cream, but really only the top layer is cream. I use the whole can, all 400g of it for 3 large bananas)
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
2 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar.

Bring the coconut milk to boil, and then add the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Stir to dissolve.
Add bananas, bring to boil again.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until bananas are soft - not mushy.

Serve with a sprinkling of extra cinnamon. :)

SO easy and SO good.
